How to Delete Your Account In-App
If you currently have the Baseball PRO+ app installed on your Android device, you can delete your account directly inside the app instantly:
- Step 1: Open the Baseball PRO+ app on your device.
- Step 2: Tap on the Settings ⚙️ tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Step 3: Scroll down to Account & Security and select Delete Account.
- Step 4: Confirm deletion when prompted. Your account data will be wiped immediately.
Data Retention & Erasure Details
When an account deletion request is processed:
- Permanently Deleted: Firebase Authentication record, User profile details (email, display name), Saved favorite teams & matches, Virtual bet history & bankroll logs, AI prediction request logs, Push notification tokens.
- Retained Anonymously: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics and anonymous crash logs (retained solely for app stability and legal accounting purposes).
- Subscriptions: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel recurring subscriptions managed through Google Play Store billing. Please cancel active subscriptions in the Google Play Store prior to deleting your account.
